Taste the Collio with our selection of three wines consisting of a still white, a sparkling wine and a red blend. Three different wines, which in our opinion well represent the different aromas of the Collio.

- a Our Ribolla Gialla DOC Collio 2020, pairs well with fish and clams dishes and with recipes based on potatoes, like Frico.
- a Ribolla Gialla Extra Dry Sparkling Wine, perfect aperitif wine, pair it with dishes based on fish and shellfish, fresh cheeses and cold cuts, raw vegetables, sushi;
- a Ros di Franco DOC Collio 2018, try it with red meat, game and aged cheeses.
