Soft, balanced red wine with good acidity that brings out the fruity aromas of Merlot and those of herbs of Cabernet. The wine matures for 12 months, first in stainless steel, and later on in oak barriques.
It goes well with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
Grapes used: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Soil: "Ponca" sandstone marl from the Eocene epoch.
Harvest: hand-picked.
Service temperature: 18-20 ° C.
