Straw yellow colored wine with slight greenish reflections. Typical bouquet with notes of citrus, fresh fruit, acacia flowers, white pepper. Light bodied flavor, it has a good acidity, lively and slightly tannic.
Ribolla Gialla is an excellent aperitif wine, which goes perfectly with dishes based on white fish, prawns and fried fish. It will amaze you with potato-based dishes, such as the most representative dish of Friulian cuisine: frico.

Vinification: maceration on the skins for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with aging on the yeasts until bottling.
