Friulano DOC Collio 2020

Our Friuliano has a straw yellow color with pronounced greenish reflections. It recalls the scent of bitter almond with notes of fresh fruit and a pronounced floral aroma. It has a broad, generous, velvety and intense flavor. 

Aperitif wine, it goes perfectly with hams appetizers and fresh cheeses.

Name: DOC Collio Friulano.

Soil: "Ponca" sandstone marl from the Eocene epoch.

Harvest: hand-picked.

Vinification: traditional in white. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with refinement on the yeasts until bottling.

Gradation: 13%

Service temperature: 10-12 ° C.
