The color is straw yellow, the flavor is intense with the right evolution and notes of flowers, dried fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is broad and well structured.
It goes well with fish risotto, shellfish, medium-aged cheeses.
Grapes used: Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla, Rhenish Riesling.
Soil: "Ponca" sandstone marl from the Eocene era.
Vinification: traditional in white. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine obtained is refined on the lees for about 18 months: a part in stainless steel and a smaller part in wooden barrels.
