Sauvignon DOC Collio 2020

White with a straw yellow color characterized by a typical bursting aroma, reminiscent of yellow flowers, sage, mint and pepper. A wine of great structure, full-bodied and at the same time with good acidity, ideal for an aperitif, but not only.

Excellent in combination with medium-aged cheeses and cured meats such as raw ham, it will also surprise you with spicy dishes, creams and soups.

Soil: "Ponca" sandstone marl from the Eocene epoch.

Harvest: hand-picked.

Vinification: traditional in white. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with aging on the yeasts until bottling.

Gradation: 13%

Service temperature: 8 ° - 10 ° C.
