Besides being a fantastic aperitif wine, our Ribolla Gialla Extra Dry pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish dishes, fresh cheese, ham, raw vegetables, sushi.

Grapes used: Ribolla Gialla.

Soil: "Ponca" sandstone marl from the Eocene epoch.

Harvest: hand-picked.

Vinification: Charmat method (Martinotti) with long fermentation in autoclave.

Gradation: 12%

Service temperature: 5-8 ° C.
