Wine with a deep and crystalline straw yellow color. Typical and elegant scent reminiscent of acacia flowers. Dry, full and pleasantly bitter taste.
It pairs well with ham, fresh cheese, first courses with red sauces and with white meats.

Soil: "Ponca" sandstone marl from the Eocene epoch.
Harvest: hand-picked.
Vinification: traditional in white. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with aging on the yeasts until bottling.
